TOSHIBA Sales and Services Sdn Bhd’s (TSS) stylish and sophisticated refrigerators have already won gold for two years running in the Reader’s Digest Trusted Brand Awards (2012/2013). And its innovative, big-capacity Gradient Glass-Door Refrigerator Series, is no less impressive.

Featuring the sleekest gradient glass in a captivating and subtly shimmering finish, the fridge is the epitome of sophisticated style and sheer elegance – a fitting addition to enhance any contemporary home. It’s no wonder that this series also won the acclaimed “Good Design Award” from Japan recently.

The Gradient Glass-Door refrigerator is one savvy beauty. It comes with a smart digital touch panel that has been integrated into the glass door – giving you instant access to Eco Mode, Quick Freezing and Temperature Control.

Eco Mode raises the freezer temperature to help reduce about 7% of energy consumption. Quick Freezing helps to better retain the quality, flavour and freshness of your food. An Auto Ice Maker provides easy convenience when making ice.

The Gradient Glass-Door Series features a bigger dimension and more spacious layout, including wider shelves. This enables you to store huge amounts of food in your fridge, cutting down time spent groceryshopping – as you can now shop less often, but in greater bulk.

Despite the impressive increase in space, the Gradient Glass-Door Series features low energy consumption. This is made possible with Toshiba’s new high-efficiency compressor and thicker insulation wall which, when combined, help to reduce energy consumption by 40%.

The fridge also has a new LED Hybrid deodorising system that effectively eliminates bacteria and decomposing ethylene (a gas that accelerates ripening of vegetable and fruits), ensuring your food lasts longer and fresher. Unpleasant odour molecules will also be disintegrated, keeping the air in the fridge clean and fresh.

In addition, the Gradient Glass-Door Series utilises LED Illumination that is durable and cost-efficient as it uses less energy compared to conventional bulbs.

Other superb features include a UV Fresh Guard Chilled Room that preserves the freshness of your fish and meat as bacteria are killed with the use of Ultra-Violet (UV) LED light.

This new series is available in “Gradation” colour for the Glass Door series (nett capacities of 535L & 586L) and in “Silver” colour for the Steel Door series (nett capacity of 608L). Customers will also get to enjoy a generous 12-year extended warranty coverage on the refrigerator compressor*.

Apart from the Gradient Glass-Door Series, consumers can also choose from other types of fridges such as the stylish Glass-Door Collection, Hybrid Plasma Collection, Hybrid Bio Collection or the ColorCurve Series.

The sleek, high-end, reflective Glass-Door Collection with its premium, sophisticated features is ideal for those who desire to add a touch of class to their home.

If you’re particularly concerned about the freshness of your food, the Hybrid Plasma Collection would be your top choice.

For those who may be on a tighter budget, you may want to consider the affordable Hybrid Bio Collection which is a simple, fuss-free fridge that meets all your refrigeration needs well.

The ColorCurve Series comes in several eye-catching, vibrant colours such as lilac pink, orange pekoe and pear green.

All Toshiba fridges come with a 12-year extended warranty coverage on the refrigerator compressor* and most of the models also feature 5-Star Energy Efficiency for greater savings on your electricity bill.
