When your smart­phone stops work­ing it’s a mat­ter of no life. The ubiq­ui­tous smart­phone has be­come our win­dow to the world and without it our lives feel di­min­ished.

how­ever, if you own a Sam­sung mo­bile de­vice, you can now get it fixed within an hour at the elec­tronic giant’s first Pre­mium Care and ex­pe­ri­ence Cen­ter in Malaysia.

While the de­vice is be­ing fixed, you could re­lax in com­fort with com­pli­men­tary bev­er­ages, wide range of read­ing ma­te­ri­als and charg­ing ports for your other de­vices.

Or you can check out the 14,000sq ft store which serves as the com­pany’s one-stop cen­tre for all its prod­ucts and ser­vices.

“The store serves as a hub for con­sumer’s ev­ery­day life­style needs — re­defin­ing what eve- ry­one could do with our lat­est in­no­va­tions,” said Sam­sung Malaysia man­ag­ing di­rec­tor Lee Dong Yong

The store car­ries a di­verse range of prod­ucts that spans from home ap­pli­ances, ul­tra high-def­i­ni­tion TVs, note­books to cam­eras.

For in­stance, there’s a Kids Zone where chil­dren can play and learn about the Gal­axy Tab 3, a tablet specif­i­cally de­signed for the young ones.

There will also be prod­uct ex­perts on hand to match users to the right prod­uct based on their needs and also a Smart Academy where con­sumers can pick up in-depth tips on Sam­sung de­vices.

Classes for the Smart Academy will open for book­ing start­ing Feb 1.

The Pre­mium Care and ex­pe­ri­ence Cen­ter is housed in Wisma Bent­ley Mu­tiara Da­mansara.
