Distinctive innovative gates

FOR the first time, less really does mean more, especially in terms of savings, choices and safety.

The UniGate by DeLUX is an award-winning trackless folding gate system that is patented (MY-144605-A) and made in Malaysia.

It uses an innovative system that removes the hassle of installing a track, making it easier for cleaning and eliminates the worry of property damage commonly experienced when installing house gates.

The DeLUX UniGate is by far a step above in its design and functionality.

It uses 30 highly durable bearings – common gates only have 12.

Furthermore, all 30 bearings provide the gate a smooth, flawless flexibility.

On top of that, the UniGate comes with simple adjustable hinges that prevent the gate from sinking even after years of usage.

But the distinctive innovation of the UniGate is the trackless technology.

Unlike common gates, the UniGate opens and closes without having to follow a standard track that is built into the floor of your garage.

Normal gate tracks usually sink or the wheels get unhinged after a few years of usage.

No floor tracks means less property damage due to gate installation.

The entire UniGate is screwfabricated, with no welding involved, giving the product a clean finish and eliminating worry of property damage incurred during installation.

The UniGate’s intelligent design also allows the gate to open wider – though it uses 50% less space compared to conventional gates – perfect for urban dwellers hoping to maximise the small space that they have.
