KOLEJ Yayasan UEM (KYUEM) was formed with the belief and understanding that higher education is vital for the progress of the nation.

It is owned by Yayasan UEM, and is part of the UEM Group. The college offers A-Level programmes via Cambridge International Examinations (CIE).

It provides an internationally recognised education that enables students to explore the frontiers of knowledge, master new technologies and prepare for the most prestigious universities in the world.

KYUEM was ranked third in South-East Asia for top A-Level schools after Raffles Institution and the National Junior College of Singapore.

During the first half of this year, the number of students is approximately 480. By July, a major accommodation building programme will ensure up to 520 students can board in modern, purpose-built villas.

KYUEM believes that top achievers are not born, but made. The college measures achievements by the success rate of student placements in top-ranking universities in Britain and other countries.

It has also been named one of the top centres for Cambridge A-Level Examinations, with a high percentage of students consist- ently scoring at least three As. A student usually needs three such grades to enter the best universities in Britain.

KYUEM welcomes talented students with excellent academic records and outstanding co-curricular backgrounds to apply for the July 2014 intake.

The application opens from March 17 until May 31. The KYUEM Open Day will be held on March 1 and April 5 between 10.15am and 2pm at its campus in Lembah Beringin.
