Understated elegance

Looking very much like other non- hybrid C Class ( with the exemption of the Mercedes- AMG- tuned variant), the C 350 e plug- in hybrid does not shout its green credentials brashly. Among the quiet proof of its eco- friendliness are its silent running and fewer trips to the petrol stations.

Full use of boot

Clever partially- raised flat boot layout ( to accommodate the hybrid battery) ensures you still have enough room for luggage and other stuff.

Plush interior

A generous helping of leather, aluminium and wood trimmings give the C 350 e a premium and feelgood experience inside while keeping the traffic hustle and bustle outside.

Full electric drive

The C 350 e’s hybrid battery has enough power to go 31km on a full electric charge. On electric vehicle mode, the car can go up to speeds of 130kph, which is very much faster than non- plug- in hybrids.

Fast and frugal Even with a low fuel consumption of 2.1 litres per 100km, the C 350 e is sports car- like fast with a 0- 100kph acceleration of 5.9 seconds and a top speed of 250kph.
