EMS technology
The MTG Sixpad generates EMS signals measuring 20Hz to effectively excite your fast twitch muscle fibres, stimulating them as physical exercise would.
This frequency setting builds on the independent research of Dr Toshio Moritani of Kyoto University, Japan, who discovered that human muscle best responds to 20Hz EMS with muscle tension maintained over longer periods and higher muscular oxygen consumption, indicating higher levels of muscle training and development.
Product usage
Sixpad’s fuss- free training programme lasts 23 minutes, inclusive of warm- up and cool- down. It progressively increases exercise intensity in stages over time, and automatically stops when the programme is completed.
