Here comes rain again

The K- pop su­per­star will re­turn to Malaysia for his first con­cert here in five years.

GET ready to kick up a storm – Korean su­per­star Rain is com­ing back to Malaysia for his first con­cert here in five years!

The 33- year- old singer/ ac­tor will be per­form­ing on May 21, 8.30pm, at the Arena Of Stars, Gent­ing High­lands as part of his world­wide Rain: The Squall Tour 2016.

Rain is one of the most pop­u­lar Korean en­ter­tain­ers of all time, and was voted one of Time mag­a­zine’s most in­flu­en­tial peo­ple in the world in 2006.

Equally pop­u­lar as a singer and an ac­tor, he has re­leased seven al­bums to date, and his lat­est Korean drama se­ries, Please Come Back, Mister, be­gan air­ing ear­lier this year.

Rain last per­formed in Malaysia in 2011, and The Squall Tour is his first con­cert tour ( and sev­enth over­all) since com­plet­ing his com­pul­sory mil­i­tary ser­vice in 2013.

The tour kicked off in Chang­sha, China on Nov 7, 2015, fol­lowed by suc­cess­ful per­for­mances in Shen­zhen and Wuhan. His most re­cent stop was in Hong Kong on Jan 30.
