ROYAL Caribbean In­na­tional’s Mariner of the Seas will be back in Sin­ga­pore by pop­u­lar de­mand this Oc­to­ber un­til March 2017. Choose from over 35 sail­ings of three to seven nights to at­trac­tive des­ti­na­tions in South- East Asia such as Pe­nang, Langkawi, Phuket and Ho Chi Minh City.

This 3,800- guest ship is packed with 15 decks of in­no­va­tive ac­tiv­i­ties and en­ter­tain­ment for guests of all ages, such as the Royal Prom­e­nade, an ice- skat­ing rink for spec­tac­u­lar ice shows and Dream­Works En­ter­tain­ment.

Mariner’s high­lights: Royal Prom­e­nade:

At the heart of the ship lined with duty- free bou­tiques and cafes that’s al­most the length of the ship is the Royal Prom­e­nade. There, you can shop for your favourite fash­ion and lux­ury brands at sea. At night, it comes alive with en­er­getic street pa­rades and par­ties filled with cos­tumed dancers, mu­sic and lights.

The in­cred­i­ble ice shows fea­ture a cast of in­ter­na­tional pro­fes­sional skaters in daz­zling cos­tumes. There are also open skat­ing hours for on- board guests. There’s no charge and skates are pro­vided

Both kids and grown- ups will be de­lighted by their favourite Dream­Works char­ac­ters such as Shrek and Princess Fiona from Shrek, Alex the Lion from Mada­gas­car and Po from Kung Fu Panda with pa­rades, in­ter­ac­tive char­ac­ter break­fasts, photo op­por­tu­ni­ties and 3D movies.

Meet and have your photo taken with your favourite Dream­Works char­ac­ters through­out the cruise. Do catch Shrek and Princess Fiona’s fancy royal cos­tumes and charm­ing court dance on For­mal Night.

Sit down to this pop­u­lar break­fast with a fun Dream­Works menu as Dream­Works char­ac­ters drop by your ta­ble for some ta­ble­side visits ( for a charge).

Chal­lenge friends and fam­ily to an ex­cit­ing game of bas­ket­ball or vol­ley­ball at the sports court. There’s also in- line skat­ing track, 9m rock- climb­ing wall and mini golf course.

Wide va­ri­ety of din­ing op­tions: A world of fun for lit­tle cruis­ers: Ad­ven­ture ocean ac­tiv­i­ties for kids and teens:

Kids will have a great time mak­ing new friends their age while par­ents have more time to re­lax on­board. Kids and teens from three to 17 years are in­vited to join com­pli­men­tary fun and ed­u­ca­tional Ad­ven­ture Ocean ac­tiv­i­ties led by the cer­ti­fied Youth Staff. There are dif­fer­ent pro­grammes for sep­a­rate age groups.

Royal ba­bies and tots pro­gramme/ nurs­ery:

This pro­gramme is for kids of six to 36 months, which of­fers free in­ter­ac­tive play­group ses­sions with com­pli­men­tary toys for par­ents to bor­row and bond with their kids.

In the nurs­ery, trained staff will care for lit­tle cruis­ers aged six to 36 months in a safe, in­ter­ac­tive space and par­ents have the op­tion of drop­ping off their kids ( nom­i­nal fee ap­plies).

Come cel­e­brate the fes­tive hol­i­days and be part of the largest count­down par­ties at sea. Book the Dec 23 Christ­mas Cruise and en­joy Christ­mas car­olling, meet and greet with Santa and the Elves, catch sight of the gi­ant Christ­mas tree along the Royal Prom­e­nade and in­dulge in fes­tive treats. The Dec 28 New Year Cruise lets you toast to the New Year at sea with your loved ones.

Usher in Chi­nese New Year on four- night Chi­nese New Year cruises on Jan 27 and 31, 2017. Leave the fes­tive prepa­ra­tions to the ship and come on board to feast at the re­union din­ner, be en­ter­tained by spe­cial Lu­nar New Year shows and ac­tiv­i­ties and even meet the God of For­tune.
