REP­UTABLE five- star ho­tel chain un­der the Ac­cor Group, Pull­man Kuala Lumpur Bangsar, pre­sented its Mid- Au­tumn Spe­cials with a range of spe­cial hand- crafted baked and snow skin moon­cake se­lec­tions at one of its din­ing out­lets – Ori­en­tal Thai Chi­nese Cui­sine – on Aug 5.

In­spired by the Mid- Au­tumn Fes­ti­val, usu­ally a time for re­union and gath­er­ings with loved ones, spe­cialty chef of Ori­en­tal Thai Chi­nese Cui­sine, chef Ng Ming Wai, cre­ated two vari­ants of snow skin moon­cakes and crafted seven other baked moon­cake vari­ants that cap­tured hearts and sat­is­fied even the fussi­est of taste buds.

The pre­view show­cased the Mid- Au­tumn Spe­cials by Pull­man Kuala Lumpur Bangsar in prepa­ra­tion of the up­com­ing sea­son cel­e­bra­tions, made even bet­ter when shared.

The moon­cakes com­prised two main types – baked and snow skin.

Baked se­lec­tions in­clude the Red Bean Paste ( RM16), Low Sugar White Lo­tus ( RM18), Pan­dan Lo­tus ( RM18), Pure Lo­tus Half Yolk ( RM20), Low Sugar White Lo­tus Half Yolk ( RM20), Pan­dan Lo­tus Half Yolk ( RM20) and Black Se­same Paste ( RM20).

The sig­na­ture snow skin se­lec­tions in­clude the Pure Mu­sang King Durian ( RM33) and the Low Sugar White Lo­tus with Bird’s Nest ( RM33). One can choose the pre­mium and lim­ited edi­tion Pull­man Mid- Au­tumn Gift Boxes that come with a tube of tea leaves each when they pur­chase six pieces of moon­cakes.

The gift boxes can be con­verted to a tea- serv­ing tray, mak­ing it an ideal gift for loved ones, col­leagues and work as­so­ciates.
