Hearty meals at Grand­mama’s

EN­JOY sim­ple plea­sures of au­then­tic Malaysian cuisines while jour­ney­ing down mem­ory lane in the cosy am­bi­ence at Grand­mama’s Restau­rant.

Bring­ing din­ers a legacy of flavours passed through gen­er­a­tions, Grand­mama’s per­fectly em­bod­ies flavours of Malaysia, re­sem­bling grandma’s whole­some cook­ing in her homey kitchen.

From sourc­ing the fresh­est in­gre­di­ents, to pro­duc­ing scrump­tious Malaysian del­i­ca­cies, din­ers can ex­pect a gas­tro­nomic ad­ven­ture with the fond mem­o­ries of “nenek” like no other place.

Some of its best dishes in­clude seafood curry hot pot, curry chicken, deep-fried squid in pep­per salt, beef ren­dang, black pep­per sauce beef with cashew nut and more.

Also in­cluded are new ad­di­tions such as Hainanese-style mack­erel fish in sweet and sour sauce, prawn and squid in chef’s sig­na­ture sauce, bu­rung puyuh goreng kun­yit and more.

Grand­mama’s Sel­era Sedap set menu ranges from RM78+ for two pax, RM155+ for four pax and RM285+ for six pax, all avail­able now at Pav­il­ion KL.

All sets are served with steamed white rice, ulam-ulam with chilli bela­can, otak-otak, keropok ikan, Malay kuih and dates.

Din­ers at KLIA Air­port and Gent­ing High­land will get to en­joy the Sel­era Sedap in a sin­gle plat­ter.

In ad­di­tion, spe­cially crafted three-layer cof­fee, three-layer tea and three-layer soda ban­dung have been in­tro­duced to com­plete the meal.
