BREAK your fast this Ra­madan with a spread of de­lec­ta­ble Malaysian favourites from the Warisan Nu­san­tara buf­fet at The Buzz, Pre­miere Ho­tel Klang.

The Warisan Nu­san­tara theme rep­re­sents eth­nic cuisines that re­flect the colour­ful back­ground of Malaysia.

Din­ers will be spoilt for choice with more than 100 dishes and five ro­tat­ing menus through­out the Ra­madan month from now unti June 22 from 7pm to 10.30pm daily.

The buf­fet prepa­ra­tions are led by the ex­ec­u­tive chef, Chef Karanan and his team of cooks.

The Warisan Nu­san­tara main dishes are Paru Masak Ber­lada, Udang Galah Per­cik, Kamb­ing Masak Por­tugis, Ikan Patin Masak Ren­dang Masam Ban­jar, Ayam Masak Ros, Dag­ing Ren­dang Daun Kun­yit, Siput Se­dut Masak Lemak Betik Muda, Gu­lai Nangka Ikan Masin Talang, Kamb­ing Keema, Dag­ing Gu­lai Kawah Ka­cang Pan­jang, Sam­bal Tu­mis Udang Pe­tai, Itik Bakar, Ikan Patin Masak Tem­poyak and more.

One of the must-try house spe­cial­i­ties is Sup Rusa Rawan – savoury deer broth sim­mered un­til the meat is ten­der and has a melt-off-the-bone tex­ture.

Mean­while, some no­table ap­pe­tis­ers to look out for are ke­tu­pat daun palas, le­mang, ro­jak pasem­bur and ro­jak buah. Tra­di­tional dishes such as ulam and ker­abu are also on the menu.

pud­dings, as­sorted cakes, ta­lam Suji, Sri Muka and fried food such as ba­nana frit­ters, jack­fruit and sweet pota­toes that will en­sure din­ers fin­ish their meals on a sweet note.

Durian lovers can re­joice, as the ho­tel has set up a Durian Or­chard sta­tion at the court­yard area out­side.

The Ra­madan buf­fet spread voucher at ‘The Buzz’ is priced at RM118 nett per adult and RM88 nett per child and Golden Cit­i­zens.

Ev­ery pur­chase of 10 vouch­ers priced at RM1,180 nett will be given one free Ra­madan voucher and RM80 Trop­i­cal Spa cash voucher.

First week of Ra­madan and early bird spe­cial for pur­chase be­fore May 26 is priced at RM98 nett per adult.
