Ren­dang and le­mang are beloved dishes dur­ing Hari Raya, but there’s noth­ing like bubur lam­buk, a tra­di­tional por­ridge pre­pared dur­ing Ra­madan and served at mosques, where the hearty meal is dis­trib­uted among the con­gre­ga­tion to break their fast.
