Honda broad­ens af­ter­sales reach and re­wards own­ers

HONDA Malaysia has opened two new cen­tres to pro­vide greater af­ter-sales reach and con­ve­nience for cus­tomers.

The 2S (ser­vice and spare parts) is op­er­ated by Kah Mo­tor in Cheng, Me­laka, while the Body & Paint cen­tre is op­er­ated by JM Mo­tor Ser­vices in Penang.

Honda Malaysia op­er­a­tions is cur­rently av­er­ag­ing over 100,000 monthly ser­vice in­takes na­tion­wide and the new cen­tres are ex­pected to pro­vide more lo­ca­tions and con­ve­nience.

“These two new 2S and Body & Paint Cen­tres in Me­laka and Penang will be able to cater to our cus­tomers there, pro­vid­ing an af­ter­sales lo­ca­tion nearer to them. The move to open 2S and BP Cen­tres is part of our com­mit­ment to im­prove our ser­vice to cus­tomers, and to el­e­vate the Joy of Buy­ing for them,” said Honda Malaysia manag­ing di­rec­tor and chief ex­ec­u­tive of­fi­cer Kat­suto Hayashi.

Also, the com­pany will pro­vide a petrol card for 1,500 Honda own­ers who take part in a special con­test from now un­til Aug 6 - one en­try per ve­hi­cle reg­is­tra­tion num­ber and ex­cludes re­con­di­tioned Honda ve­hi­cles.

Par­tic­i­pants will stand a chance to win cash-prizes from a RM300,000 pool by SMS-ing their an­swer to a true or false ques­tion (found at all autho­rised Honda Malaysia show­rooms, of­fi­cial web­site and face­book page) along with de­tails in­clud­ing car reg­is­tra­tion num­ber, full name and Iden­tity Card num­ber to 39993.
