ACCORDING to a recent news report, the United States (US) retained its long-standing position as the world’s top host nation for international students.
The US Ambassador to Malaysia Kamala Shirin Lakhdhir said there was an 8.3% increase in the number of Malaysians studying in the US over last year.
Lakhdhir also said international students will benefit from diverse communities across colleges and universities in the US as it provides opportunities to expand world views through interaction and engagement with students from various ethnic, religious and geographical backgrounds.
