Mah Sing launches busi­ness in­cen­tive grant

MAH Sing Group Ber­had launched its Busi­ness In­cen­tive Grant Pro­gramme at the MIRF Ex­hi­bi­tion to­day. This pro­gramme will pro­vide el­i­gi­ble ap­pli­cants with busi­ness grants should they pur­chase one of Mah Sing’s six par­tic­i­pat­ing projects un­der this pro­gramme.

Life­style Shops @ Southville City (KL South)

Com­prises 208 units of two-storey life­style re­tail shops with land size of 20ft by 65ft (6.10m by 19.8m) for the ground floors; and 20ft by 75ft (6.1m by 22.9m) for the upper floors. This unit’s built-up starts from 2,643sq ft (246sq m) and priced from RM1.8mil.

Its life­style shops will have a ready catch­ment of 15,800 from Avens Res­i­dence and Sa­vanna Ex­ec­u­tive Suites and can also tap into the Kuala Lumpur pop­u­la­tion and the neigh­bour­ing com­mu­ni­ties such as Putrajaya, Cy­ber­jaya, Bangi and oth­ers.

Southville City is lo­cated just next to the KL-Serem­ban High­way (North­bound side) and will only be 19km to Kuala Lumpur once the di­rect in­ter­change to the KL–Serem­ban High­way is com­pleted in De­cem­ber this year.

Com­prises 105 units of two-storey and four-storey re­tail shops with built-ups from 738sq ft (68.6sq m) to 2,796sq ft (260sq m) and priced from RM1.65mil.

D’sara Sen­tral is a tran­sit-ori­ented de­vel­op­ment with a di­rect link to the Kam­pung Se­la­mat MRT sta­tion un­der the Sun­gai Bu­loh-Ka­jang (SBK) MRT Line 1.

The 51km SBK MRT Line 1 has a to­tal of 31 sta­tions and cur­rently runs from the Sun­gai Bu­loh sta­tion to the Se­man­tan sta­tion.

M Gal­le­ria Shops @ M Res­i­dence (Rawang)
