Mah Sing launches business incentive grant
MAH Sing Group Berhad launched its Business Incentive Grant Programme at the MIRF Exhibition today. This programme will provide eligible applicants with business grants should they purchase one of Mah Sing’s six participating projects under this programme.
Lifestyle Shops @ Southville City (KL South)
Comprises 208 units of two-storey lifestyle retail shops with land size of 20ft by 65ft (6.10m by 19.8m) for the ground floors; and 20ft by 75ft (6.1m by 22.9m) for the upper floors. This unit’s built-up starts from 2,643sq ft (246sq m) and priced from RM1.8mil.

D’sara Sentral is a transit-oriented development with a direct link to the Kampung Selamat MRT station under the Sungai Buloh-Kajang (SBK) MRT Line 1.
The 51km SBK MRT Line 1 has a total of 31 stations and currently runs from the Sungai Buloh station to the Semantan station.
