Culi­nary jour­ney to savour

THE new lim­ited Icônes d’or (or Gold Icons) col­lec­tion from Go­diva prom­ises a culi­nary jour­ney to savour. Chef choco­latiers Jean Apos­tolou and Ilse Wil­mots were in­spired by the culi­nary food art trend. The col­lec­tion sees a re-birth of Go­diva’s most iconic pieces: the Ecus­son (the Lion) and Lady Go­diva. New in­gre­di­ent pair­ings such as le­mon olive oil, lime, pas­sion fruit, pink pep­per and mango punc­tu­ate the milk and dark pieces. They are pre­sented in pretty hues like pink, green, orange and yel­low. The bold flavours are com­ple­mented by tra­di­tional of­fer­ings such as ginger, aro­matic black tea, ap­ple and pe­can, which are en­cased in pre­mium milk or dark choco­late shells.
