This new culinary series – featuring Chef Joel Gamoran – explores the creation of magnificent feasts made entirely from food wastes and scraps (no, it’s NOT about rotten or expired ingredients!). In each episode, Gamoran pairs up with a local food waste champion to create a complete meal out of items that many consider waste such as banana peels, prawn shells, and chicken bones. The challenge – Gamoran only has 24 hours to source for ingredients, and host a dinner party.
