Gaining access to region’s top minds
INTI’S Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme offers an exceptional experience that includes opportunities for direct engagement with global business leaders.
Strong relationships with industry have enabled INTI to carry out many initiatives to help MBA students build up existing competencies as well as learn new skills.
Among the initiatives carried out is inclusive of the Business Leadership Series, which has seen corporate leaders speak to students on the latest trends and developments in business and the career opportunities available on a global scale.
Corporate leaders such as Google Malaysia’s Sajith Sivanandan, Dell’s Bobbi Dangerfield, Microsoft Malaysia’s Ananth Lazarus, IBM’S Ramanathan Sathiamutty, Siemens’ Prakash Chandran and Standard Chartered’s Arif Siddiqui have given talks to INTI’S MBA students.
By giving students access to the region’s top minds and facilitating communication in an open manner, INTI intends to set them ahead of their peers.
Specifically designed to hone skills and enhance knowledge in business management for successful career development, the INTI MBA helps students develop a portfolio of key management competencies including strategic financial, marketing and system analysis and decision making through an appreciation of global business challenges.
“The programme applies project- and problem-based learning approaches that will expose students to simulated and real business problems and environments,” said INTI International University vice-chancellor Prof Walter Wong.
“Students completing the MBA at INTI can expect to succeed in a range of innovative careers that demand excellent academic ability, coupled with strengths in leadership, collaboration, communication, presentation and project management.”
Graduates of INTI’S MBA will receive both the MBA from INTI International University and the Master of Arts in Management Studies from the University of Hertfordshire, UK.
The programme can be completed on a fulltime or part-time basis and is open to working adults as well as those who have successfully completed an undergraduate degree.
Assessment methods range from individual and group projects, research reports, assignments and end-of-semester exams to project presentations.
Outside of the classroom, INTI’S business students have the opportunity to participate in international contests abroad.
Competitions such as Rubicon run by the Business and Information Technology School (BITS) in Germany offer priceless opportunities for the international exchange of business knowledge and ideas.
INTI has over 25 years of experience and a strong track record.
