The Sun (Malaysia) - - LIFESTYLE -

TO HELP users start using their new Galaxy Note7 with confidence, Samsung has introduced a green battery icon that has been included in three specific software changes.

The new green battery icon will be visible on the Status Bar, the Always On Display screen, and the Power Off prompt screen, which can be accessed by longpressing the power key.

Users can also check if they are using the new Galaxy Note7 by looking for a square symbol ( left) on the label of the packaging box.

Samsung’s highest priority is the safety of its customers.

The company strongly urge Galaxy Note7 users to immediately participate in the replacement programme based on local availability.

Here, Galaxy Note7 owners can replace their current devices beginning Sept 29. They can also contact the Samsung Malaysia Careline at 180088-7799 for assistance.

The battery icons colour of the new Galaxy Note7 will be changed to green after the update.
