‘No yel­low, no red’

Ah­mad Zahid ( pix) said as of Oc­to­ber, 175 po­lice re­ports were re­ceived on the Ber­sih 5 gath­er­ing.

He said in­ves­ti­ga­tions were con­ducted un­der the Sedi­tion Act, Peace­ful Assem­bly Act and other laws.

He added that sev­eral re­ports were also re­ceived against Ja­mal but did not state the num­ber.

When con­tacted by theSun, Ber­sih 2.0 chair­man Maria Chin Ab­dul­lah said she would only is­sue a re­sponse to­day.

She said re­porters are free to meet her at the Dang Wangi po­lice sta­tion at noon, where she is ex­pected to hold a press con­fer­ence.

Ja­mal, when asked to re­spond, merely said: “If there’s no yel­low, then there’ll be no red.”
