LAWYER TO BE CHARGED FOR MO­LEST­ING STU­DENTS

PETALING JAYA: A lawyer de­tained by po­lice for al­legedly mo­lest­ing two fe­male stu­dents at a con­do­minium in Kajang is ex­pected to be charged to­day. Po­lice said the 33-year-old sus­pect will face one charge un­der Sec­tion 354 of the Pe­nal Code for as­sault or use of crim­i­nal force on a per­son with in­tent to out­rage mod­esty and an­other charge un­der Sec­tion 511 for at­tempt­ing to com­mit the same of­fence.
