pan. 5. Place the pan into a steamer. Place a towel in be­tween the cover of the steamer and the pan to ab­sorb the con­densed steam and pre­vent the wa­ter from fall­ing into the cake. Steam for an hour. (For a shorter steam­ing time, use an elec­tric pres­sure cooker un­der ‘steam’ mode. It takes ap­prox­i­mately 20 min­utes to cook.) 6. When done, re­move the pan from the steamer and leave it aside to cool. 7. To serve, cut the cake into slices ac­cord­ing to your de­sired size and shape. 8. Serve the slices with some honey or melted gula Me­laka.
