The dish is the lat­est ad­di­tion to San­tan, the air­line’s South­east Asian­fo­cused res­tau­rant brand that aims to repli­cate the on-ground din­ing ex­pe­ri­ence in the air. ‘We will im­ple­ment an elec­tronic point of sales (ePOS) sys­tem soon that will make or­der­ing and pay­ment as easy as a res­tau­rant and al­low us to bet­ter un­der­stand what our guests want,’ said AirAsia Group CEO Tony Fer­nan­des, adding that they would con­tinue to work with lo­cal Asean en­ter­prises and farm­ers in de­vel­op­ing its food and bev­er­age of­fer­ings.
