Fu Man

Time Out Kuala Lumpur - - Food trippin’ -

Having been around for over a decade, Fu Man is a favourite among locals, dishing up relatively inexpensive dai chow fare that’s done well. On weekdays, you should be able to get a seat easily; but on the weekends, the two-storey single lot restaurant struggles to seat the horde of customers that flock here. Besides being known for its affordability and wide variety of food, Fu Man has one dish that makes it worth the drive up: deep-fried salted pork belly (from RM23) – slices of marinated pork belly are deep fried to a crisp, and melt in your mouth the moment you bite into them.
