MOONCAKE MAKING WORKSHOP
If you don’t feel like buying boxes and boxes of mooncakes this Mid-Autumn Festival, why not make them yourself? Led by Chef Fong, this five-hour workshop will teach you how to make Beijing, Shanghai and adzuki snow skin style mooncakes. The class will include all necessary ingredients and you’ll also receive a complimentary mooncake mould so you can make them at home. Seats are limited so register by August 4 to secure your spot.
