The base of this cock­tail is vodka in­fused with cili padi. Oh yeah, it’s pi­quant — and a sur­pris­ingly nice touch, with the fire of the chilli pair­ing well with the smooth tex­ture of the vodka. It’s mixed with Frangelico hazel­nut liqueur and crème de ca­cao for a creamy com­bi­na­tion that some­how man­ages to be both spicy and del­i­cate at the same time. The best part? They coat the rim of the glass with dark Val­rhona choco­late, en­sur­ing that this lovely lit­tle con­coc­tion is ev­ery bit as sin­ful as its name im­plies. Ian Loh
