To maintain the quality of these French delicacies, no preservatives are used in their mille crepe cakes, which are 100% handmade using fresh ingredients from Japan, living up to the brand’s reputation as the pioneer of mille crepe in Malaysia. If you’re new to Nadeje, you might get a little overwhelmed as they have 18 irresistible flavours of mille crepe cakes to choose from. We recommend the Original flavour Mille Crepe, made with homemade custard cream and Tahitian vanilla bean mixed with fresh cream, and a caramelised top layer to add a slight sweetness to each bite. Their other bestselling flavours include Rum & Raisin, made with black raisins preserved in rum for a week to get that rich rum fragrance, and Green Tea, a moderatelyely sweet cake made with high grade Japanese green tea and home-cooked red beans. ns.
