Huck­le­berry Food & Fare live and breathe by this motto, which ex­plains their ever-blos­som­ing rep­u­ta­tion amongst food con­nois­seurs. Run by the suc­cess­ful team of KL’s Mezze Bistro, Huck­le­berry never fails to en­tice its din­ers with clas­sic com­fort food, cour­tesy of a 120 square feet size Bon­gard Omega2 ar­ti­sanal oven that churns out Huck­le­berry’s ar­ti­sanal breads.

Huck­le­berry’s bak­ery is led by a Master Baker, who comes from a fam­ily of bak­ers. His pas­sion for tra­di­tional French bread and pas­tries has taken him around the globe, over a ca­reer of 22 years and count­ing. He is also the cul­ti­va­tor of Huck­le­berry’s Sour­dough range of breads, ar­guably the best of the very best that Huck­le­berry serves up on a daily ba­sis, as the loaves are given more time to rise, re­sult­ing in a light, meltin-your-mouth like tex­ture.

In ad­di­tion, Huck­le­berry serves up a range of breads, in­clud­ing the likes of clas­sic multi­grain, or­ganic meteil, braided chal­lah, farmer’s bread, whole­meal and rye, all of which will un­doubt­edly leave your taste buds plead­ing for one more bite. Fur­ther­more, Huck­le­berry ex­pands its wings into the art of cof­fee brew­ing with the flaw­less Su­ma­tran Gayo cof­fee, cour­tesy of its treeto-cup-ap­proach, in which Huck­le­berry deals di­rectly with the plan­ta­tion own­ers. Mean­while, the skilled baris­tas and the award win­ning Sy­nesso Cyn­cra cof­fee ma­chine pay homage to Huck­le­berry’s con­tin­u­ous strive for per­fec­tion.

Here at Huck­le­berry, din­ers are given the op­por­tu­nity to step into the imag­i­na­tive shoes of Mark Twain, as they are given the free­dom to com­pose their very own food chron­i­cle, one bite at a time.
