Run by the successful team of KL’s Mezze Bistro, Huckleberry never fails to entice its diners with classic comfort food, courtesy of a 120 square feet size Bongard Omega2 artisanal oven that churns out Huckleberry’s artisanal breads.
Huckleberry’s bakery is led by a Master Baker, who comes from a family of bakers. His passion for traditional French bread and pastries has taken him around the globe, over a career of 22 years and counting. He is also the cultivator of Huckleberry’s Sourdough range of breads, arguably the best of the very best that Huckleberry serves up on a daily basis, as the loaves are given more time to rise, resulting in a light, meltin-your-mouth like texture.
In addition, Huckleberry serves up a range of breads, including the likes of classic multigrain, organic meteil, braided challah, farmer’s bread, wholemeal and rye, all of which will undoubtedly leave your taste buds pleading for one more bite. Furthermore, Huckleberry expands its wings into the art of coffee brewing with the flawless Sumatran Gayo coffee, courtesy of its treeto-cup-approach, in which Huckleberry deals directly with the plantation owners. Meanwhile, the skilled baristas and the award winning Synesso Cyncra coffee machine pay homage to Huckleberry’s continuous strive for perfection.
Here at Huckleberry, diners are given the opportunity to step into the imaginative shoes of Mark Twain, as they are given the freedom to compose their very own food chronicle, one bite at a time.
