Experienced mixologist Rick Joore is passionate about his craft and has created two distinct series of cocktails showcasing the finest ingredients, finesse and knowledge of what a cocktail should be. ‘Welcome to Coppersmith’ comprises six original drinks combining a dash of quirkiness with a lot of innovation. Take ‘From the Smith’s Garden’, for example - a heady concoction of celery and green apple juice, fresh basil, lemon juice, homemade kwai feh syrup, Belvedere vodka, thyme, lime peel and Szechuan foam – and promising to both refresh and surprise. ‘Home Sweet Home’ goes back to basics and takes classic cocktails and gives them a subtle twist to bring them up to speed.
“Our style of drink making is unique. We barrel and age our own cocktails, and take a great deal of care with every step of the cocktail-making process,” said Christian Bauer, Executive Chef & Director of Troika Sky Dining. ‘We wanted to create a space that we would like to hang out in – having amazing cocktails with our friends in a beautiful surrounding,” added Eddie Chew, Director of Troika Sky Dining.
