The cock­tail bar is en­joy­ing a re­nais­sance and Cop­per­smith is set to shake up the city’s cock­tail scene. As you en­ter, your first im­pres­sion will be that you’ve just walked into some­one with a very im­pres­sive home bar. The set­ting is in­ti­mate with warm metal tones, cus­tom­made fur­ni­ture and Tom Dixon lights cast­ing their wel­com­ing glow to en­sure you have a fan­tas­tic night out in gor­geous sur­rounds.

Ex­pe­ri­enced mixol­o­gist Rick Joore is pas­sion­ate about his craft and has cre­ated two dis­tinct se­ries of cock­tails show­cas­ing the finest in­gre­di­ents, fi­nesse and knowl­edge of what a cock­tail should be. ‘Wel­come to Cop­per­smith’ com­prises six orig­i­nal drinks com­bin­ing a dash of quirk­i­ness with a lot of in­no­va­tion. Take ‘From the Smith’s Gar­den’, for ex­am­ple - a heady con­coc­tion of cel­ery and green ap­ple juice, fresh basil, lemon juice, home­made kwai feh syrup, Belvedere vodka, thyme, lime peel and Szechuan foam – and promis­ing to both re­fresh and sur­prise. ‘Home Sweet Home’ goes back to ba­sics and takes clas­sic cock­tails and gives them a sub­tle twist to bring them up to speed.

“Our style of drink mak­ing is unique. We bar­rel and age our own cock­tails, and take a great deal of care with ev­ery step of the cock­tail-mak­ing process,” said Chris­tian Bauer, Ex­ec­u­tive Chef & Di­rec­tor of Troika Sky Din­ing. ‘We wanted to cre­ate a space that we would like to hang out in – hav­ing amaz­ing cock­tails with our friends in a beau­ti­ful sur­round­ing,” added Ed­die Chew, Di­rec­tor of Troika Sky Din­ing.
