2 Fruit of the Earth Block Up! SPF 50

RM28.87 Con­sis­tency Blends well into the skin and no greasy residue. Scent Faint scent of aloe vera. Ef­fec­tive­ness Even af­ter swim­ming, we didn’t get burned. Score

3 Nivea Sun Mois­tur­is­ing Im­me­di­ate

Pro­tec­tion SPF 50 RM31.58 Con­sis­tency Very dif­fi­cult to rub in and in­cred­i­bly greasy. Left our skin with a white cast. Scent Smells very much like sun­screen to us. Ef­fec­tive­ness Af­ter swim­ming, the residue con­gealed into greasy white blobs. Score

4 Day­long Kids SPF 50 Lo­tion RM109.30 Con­sis­tency A thin lo­tion that blends well into the skin. Scent A hint of al­co­hol at first then sun­screen – but the smell dis­ap­pears quickly. Ef­fec­tive­ness A good all-round ef­fec­tive sun­screen (for adults too). Score
