Hyp­no­birthing May Group Class

Hyp­no­birthing is an un­der­rated child­birth strat­egy that har­nesses hyp­no­sis and re­lax­ation meth­ods to in­duce com­fort­able, stress-free births. A key part of the work­shop re­volves around breath­ing tech­niques which, when done right, re­duces the risk of per­ineal tear and pro­longed labour. Take charge of your birth! May 16, 17, 23, 24 & 30, 10am-12.30pm. RM800 per cou­ple for weekly group class. Fees TBD for pri­vate or out­sta­tion classes.
