In­still dis­ci­pline, de­ter­mi­na­tion and strength into them as they learn the ba­sics of this form of mar­tial arts. Cour­tesy of the vastly ex­pe­ri­enced Sen­sei Tony, kids are put through an ar­ray of in­ter­ac­tive drills, making this an ex­cit­ing ac­tiv­ity for your child (six years old and above). Kids Golf World Cham­pi­onships @ Palm Re­sort Golf & Coun­try Club

Palm Re­sort Golf & Coun­try Club, Se­nai, Jo­hor (www.malaysi­akids­golf.com). The com­pe­ti­tion, which will be held for the fourth con­sec­u­tive year in Malaysia, is the in­ter­na­tional version of the pres­ti­gious US Kids Golf tour­na­ment. This event pro­vides an ex­cel­lent plat­form for up­com­ing tal­ents aged 18 and be­low to com­pete among their peers, earn world ama­teur rank­ing points and be in­tro­duced into the in­ter­na­tional golf scene. Par­tic­i­pants how­ever are only al­lowed to com­pete in this pres­ti­gious event fol­low­ing an in­vite from the Tour­na­ment Com­mit­tee or if par­tic­i­pants are hold­ers of the US Kids Golf Sta­tus Card. Nonethe­less, visi­tors are en­cour­aged to join the fun and stand the chance to wit­ness Malaysia’s very own Tiger Woods in the making. Dec 16-18. Fee for com­peti­tors, USD250.
