Bake Me Wonders

If your eight-year-old has been watching ‘Junior Masterchef’ and wants a slice of the pie, Bake Me Wonders is the right place to nurture your child’s passion for cooking. The centre offers baking classes for kids four and above, culinary classes for kids eight and above, and a ProBakers class for teens aged 13 to 16. Sign your child up for one of the centre’s holiday camps or organise a baking party for a group of kids. Sat, 10am-3.30pm.
The Cooking House

Classes here run the gamut, teaching kids how to make everything from churros and macarons to great big steaks and delicate sushi. The schedule is ever changing and incredibly interesting. Classes are very much hands on so even if your kids have never boiled an egg, don’t fear. The Cooking House’s instructors always make sure the kids get solid instructions in basic cooking before they progress to advanced menus. The Cooking House goes an extra mile by helping you host cooking birthday parties with their ever-ready birthday themes or you can customise according to your preference. Daily, 9.30am-6pm.
Grace Home Cakes

Sign your kids up for cooking classes at Grace Home Cakes and they’ll be taking home mouth-watering desserts like cheesecakes, cupcakes and cookies. Besides teaching the basics of baking, Grace Home also offers special instructions on decorative techniques such as icing patterns. Mum and Dad will even get to taste their kids’ handiwork after. Nathalie’s Gourmet Studio

Young Chefs Academy

Pink Daisy Cookies Station

Pink Daisy operates as a bakery on a day-to-day basis, but organises cooking and baking classes once in a blue moon. Decked out in pink or blue chef hats and aprons, kids will learn to make decorated cakes, muffins and other pastries. Mon-Fri, 9am-7pm; Sat-Sun, 9am-8pm.
