Eat With Mune

Time Out Malaysia Kids - - Clean eating for kids -

This healthy eating joint is a breath of fresh air among the profusion of cafés in Publika. What was previously just a food delivery business, Eat With Mune now serves up their delicious fare in a brick-and-mortar restaurant. There is a cool sort of atmosphere in the restaurant, with shelves of whimsical odds and ends, as well as a row of protein powder bottles, sport shoes and a bunch of

Men’s Health magazines; perhaps testament to the fact that chef/ owner Mohamad Mughniy (Mune) started his cooking career based on a drastic healthy lifestyle change.

Eat With Mune’s dishes are suitable for sharing with kids; the Spaghetti Aglio Olio is delicious and you can customise the order if the little one wants it lighter on the heat or made with less oil. Brown rice features heavily, local specialties are given a healthy spin, and no matter how full you think your child is, there’s always room for dessert – think wholemeal waffles or buckwheat pancakes served with fruit, honey and peanut butter.
