Cotton candy bingsu

Time Out Malaysia Kids - - Eating Out -

Bingsu, a Korean shaved ice dessert comparable to ais kacang, has long been OW:L

Espresso’s house-specialty, but it’s their latest range of cotton candy-topped bingsu that’s turning heads. Available in regular (RM28) or large (RM50), each cloud-like concoction is literally larger than your head and best shared with the whole family. Hold your breath as your fragile dessert is delivered to your table and be quick about snapping pictures before the shaved ice melts. OW:L Espresso features new cotton candy

bingsu on a monthly basis and at the time of our visit, BUBU (named via a Facebook contest) was the featured dessert of the month. With Oreos for eyes and deep-fried spaghetti as whiskers, the silly-looking dessert resembled a seal. Tear off and stuff your mouth with strips of cotton candy to get to the bingsu, which is topped with fresh fruit, ice cream and delicious toppings.
