Es­presso’s house-spe­cialty, but it’s their lat­est range of cot­ton candy-topped bingsu that’s turn­ing heads. Avail­able in reg­u­lar (RM28) or large (RM50), each cloud-like con­coc­tion is lit­er­ally larger than your head and best shared with the whole fam­ily. Hold your breath as your frag­ile dessert is de­liv­ered to your table and be quick about snap­ping pic­tures be­fore the shaved ice melts. OW:L Es­presso fea­tures new cot­ton candy

bingsu on a monthly ba­sis and at the time of our visit, BUBU (named via a Face­book con­test) was the fea­tured dessert of the month. With Oreos for eyes and deep-fried spaghetti as whiskers, the silly-look­ing dessert re­sem­bled a seal. Tear off and stuff your mouth with strips of cot­ton candy to get to the bingsu, which is topped with fresh fruit, ice cream and de­li­cious top­pings.
