FIRE Station classes for kids
Each class lasts for 45 minutes and consists of a warm-up, 35-minute workout and ends with a yoga-based cool down.
An ideal blend of kidfriendly exercises ensuring they enjoy themselves and the parents are still able to challenge themselves. Suitable for kids aged 6 and above.
This class is designed for kids who want to improve their sporting performance, overall fitness and strength. Part of the session involved working in teams and interesting games to keep kids engaged. Suitable for kids aged 7 – twelve.
FLAMES – STRIKE
Touted as the first teensfocused class, this boxinginspired session sees each participant working on their own bag on different combinations with segments of total body conditioning and a yogabased cool down. The perfect class for teens as it’s physically challenging and helps get rid of stress and clears busy minds.
The cost structure is very friendly with no joining and membership fees. The Family & Friends Package can be shared with up to five people and comprise 5, 10, 25, 35 and 50 sessions offering users flexibility.
