Time Out Malaysia Kids - - Get Active -

A Hash Run is like a light jog through a natural environment, and teaches city kids to race through rivers and muddy terrain. Parents are required to join their children at these sessions, which take place every first Sunday of the month. The designated venues are usually within an hour’s drive from

KL. There is no age limit, but your child must be able to run or quick walk for 30 minutes to an hour. The runs were devised with youngsters in mind so they’re nicely doable. Each run is succeeded by a barbecue session and crafts for the kids, and the regulars are cheery and welcoming.

(012 239 7870/www.kljhhh.org). Annual membership, RM100 per child with a one-time RM10 processing fee; Walk-in rate per child, RM10. Adults, free.
