SUP Yoga, a port­man­teau of ‘stand up pad­dling’ and ‘yoga’, brings an ex­tra edge to the usual yoga les­son. Kids aged ten and above may learn the basics of stand-up pad­dle board­ing while build­ing core strength atop a serene lake. Each two-hour les­son taught by ex­pe­ri­enced in­struc­tors en­com­passes an ice break­ing ses­sion and a brief­ing, half an hour of warm-up ex­er­cises, a full hour of SUP Yoga and 15 min­utes to cool down.
