SUP YOGA LESSONS WITH OXBOLD
SUP Yoga, a portmanteau of ‘stand up paddling’ and ‘yoga’, brings an extra edge to the usual yoga lesson. Kids aged ten and above may learn the basics of stand-up paddle boarding while building core strength atop a serene lake. Each two-hour lesson taught by experienced instructors encompasses an ice breaking session and a briefing, half an hour of warm-up exercises, a full hour of SUP Yoga and 15 minutes to cool down.
