Founded by nat­u­ral­ist Irshad Mobarak in 1994, Jun­gle Walla is based in Langkawi but op­er­ates tours in Pe­nang as well. The pick-up point is usu­ally at Straits Quay and ad­ven­tur­ers can choose ei­ther an ar­chae­o­log­i­cal tour to Bu­jang Val­ley of the Dragons, a na­ture tour in the Sedim Rain­for­est or a bird watch­ing tour in Air Itam and Kuala Muda. All tours are led by ex­pe­ri­enced and knowl­edge­able guides.
