1 small (130g) banana 140g tub diced peaches in natural juice, drained
½ cup (140g) low-fat vanilla yoghurt 1 cup (250ml) low-fat milk 1 tbsp wheatgerm
1. Blend or process all ingredients until smooth. Serve immediately.
Not suitable to freeze.
This smoothie is a great choice for a healthy breakfast on the run or as an after-school pickme-up
COOK’S NOTE: You can substitute the peaches with ¼ frozen mixed berries or 1 cheek of fresh mango, chopped. This smoothie is best served immediately, as it will discolour after a while.
