Prep 10 mins (+ freez­ing) | Makes 1 litre 3 large ripe man­goes 1 cup Greek-style vanilla-flavoured yo­ghurt 1. Peel the man­goes, re­move flesh from the seed and cut into large pieces. Place in a Zi­ploc bag and freeze. 2. When frozen solid, blitz in a food pro­ces­sor with yo­ghurt un­til al­most smooth – there will still be a few chunks. 3. Store in an air­tight con­tainer in the freezer. Suit­able to freeze.

For a smoother scoop­ing tex­ture, chill the frozen yo­ghurt in the fridge for 30 mins be­fore serv­ing
