EASY MANGO FROZEN YOGHURT
Prep 10 mins (+ freezing) | Makes 1 litre 3 large ripe mangoes 1 cup Greek-style vanilla-flavoured yoghurt 1. Peel the mangoes, remove flesh from the seed and cut into large pieces. Place in a Ziploc bag and freeze. 2. When frozen solid, blitz in a food processor with yoghurt until almost smooth – there will still be a few chunks. 3. Store in an airtight container in the freezer. Suitable to freeze.
For a smoother scooping texture, chill the frozen yoghurt in the fridge for 30 mins before serving
