STIR FRIED FOUR ANGLED BEANS WITH CHILLI
2 cloves garlic 30g shallots 2 fresh red chillies, deseeded,
cut into 3 parts 20g dried shrimp, rinsed 20g cooking oil 300g four-angled beans, sliced
into 2.5cm lengths 1 pinch salt, to taste 1. Finely chop the garlic cloves, shallots, chillies and dried shrimp. 2. Add cooking oil and saute the mixture. Stir constantly to avoid burning. Keep cooking until the mixture becomes fragrant. 3. Add the four-angled beans and salt. Stir-fry until cooked. Serve hot.
