A 200g palm sugar 2-2½ tsps agar agar pow­der 1 litre wa­ter 50g sugar, to taste 2 pan­dan leaves, tied into a knot B 200g co­conut milk 1 egg 1 pinch salt 1. Com­bine in­gre­di­ents A in a pan. Stir con­ti­nously and cook un­til the mix­ture comes to a boil. 2. Com­bine in­gre­di­ents B in a small bowl. Set aside. 3. Add mix­ture B to mix­ture A. 4. Trans­fer into a bak­ing tin (20cm x 20cm). Cool com­pletely and re­frig­er­ate for at least 4 hours. 5. Cut into squares be­fore serv­ing.
