PALM SUGAR AGAR AGAR
A 200g palm sugar 2-2½ tsps agar agar powder 1 litre water 50g sugar, to taste 2 pandan leaves, tied into a knot B 200g coconut milk 1 egg 1 pinch salt 1. Combine ingredients A in a pan. Stir continously and cook until the mixture comes to a boil. 2. Combine ingredients B in a small bowl. Set aside. 3. Add mixture B to mixture A. 4. Transfer into a baking tin (20cm x 20cm). Cool completely and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. 5. Cut into squares before serving.
