If you don’t want to eat it, don’t buy it! Stash treats for a spe­cial oc­ca­sion. Keep them out of sight and out of reach. Have nu­tri­tious snacks on hand: Boiled eggs, veg­gie sticks, hum­mus or home­made pro­tein balls are all great op­tions.

DIY muesli: Lightly toast whole­grain oats in the oven with a sprin­kle of cin­na­mon. Add dried cran­ber­ries/apri­cots, al­mond/ macadamia pieces, aked co­conut, sunower seeds and/or pump­kin seeds.
