St. Michael’s Train­ing Col­lege of Teach­ers re­union

Fri­day 23rd Septem­ber was a unique oc­ca­sion for a group of ex­teach­ers to meet to­gether, and rem­i­nisce about the won­der­ful, and un­for­get­table, two years they spent to­gether at St. Michael’s Teacher Train­ing Col­lege, at Ta’ Giorni.

It was a happy 50th an­niver­sary to this 1966-68 group, which was 66 mem­ber strong, as they cel­e­brated the first time, for most of them, that they had met to­gether, to start a life­long friend­ship, that was kept on­go­ing for all these num­ber of years.

They also re­mem­bered those that couldn’t make it to this re­union, for var­i­ous rea­sons, and also the nine dear de­parted who formed part of the group, but who went to a bet­ter life dur­ing this half cen­tury that passed by so swiftly.
