Va­can­cyCen­tre ex­hibit­ing at the FHRD An­nual HR Con­fer­ence

Va­can­cyCen­tre, a spe­cialised provider of com­plete re­cruit­ment so­lu­tions, will be ex­hibit­ing and tak­ing part in this year’s FHRD An­nual HR Con­fer­ence. This will be tak­ing place on 14 Oc­to­ber at the Radis­son Blu Golden Sands. It is ex­pected to at­tract over 350 par­tic­i­pants from a wide range of or­gan­i­sa­tions.

This year’s con­fer­ence will ad­dress is­sues re­lated to Per­for­mance Man­age­ment. The ul­ti­mate goal of any or­gan­i­sa­tion is to reach its ob­jec­tives ef­fi­ciently and ef­fec­tively. Per­for­mance Man­age­ment in­volves the way man­agers ap­praise em­ploy­ees and how em­ploy­ees eval­u­ate their man­agers, fel­low em­ploy­ees and them­selves. By un­der­stand­ing this process, or­gan­i­sa­tions will be in a bet­ter po­si­tion to align its ob­jec­tives with the em­ploy­ees’ skills and pro­fes­sional de­vel­op­ment re­quire­ments.

The con­fer­ence will seek to cover the var­i­ous as­pect of per­for­mance man­age­ment and ex­plores how en­ti­ties can deal with re­lated is­sues. Var­i­ous key­note speak­ers will be dis­cussing this spe­cific topic in de­tail while par­tic­i­pants will be able to at­tend mul­ti­ple work­shops.

FHRD was set up to pro­mote peo­ple man­age­ment and de­vel­op­ment prac­tices as well as the hu­man re­sources pro­fes­sion in Malta. The Foun­da­tion is an in­de­pen­dent and au­ton­o­mous body that works in part­ner­ship with its cor­po­rate mem­bers from the pri­vate and pub­lic sec­tor and other key lo­cal play­ers in the field of hu­man re­sources man­age­ment and de­vel­op­ment.
