More than 70 coun­tries col­lab­o­rate for RSM World Day

Global event sees RSM in Malta cel­e­brat­ing with staff for a day of en­gag­ing ac­tiv­i­ties

22 Septem­ber 2016 marked RSM’s fifth an­nual RSM World Day and the largest cel­e­bra­tion of the com­mon vi­sion, val­ues and pur­pose that the sixth largest independent au­dit, tax and con­sult­ing net­work has ever seen.

Through a wide va­ri­ety of dif­fer­ent ac­tiv­i­ties all around the world, staff in RSM firms across more than 70 coun­tries united in col­league, client and char­ity events to cel­e­brate RSM’s core val­ues of col­lab­o­ra­tive work­ing, deep in­di­vid­ual un­der­stand­ing, idea and in­sight shar­ing for client ben­e­fit.

RSM in Malta has been a mem­ber of the RSM net­work for 11 years. This year, the RSM Malta team came to­gether for a day of team build­ing ac­tiv­i­ties at the Scouts In­ter­na­tional Camp­site in Ghajn Tuffieha in­clud­ing team games and out­door cook­ing.

These events help us to align our think­ing to the global net­work and brand am­bi­tion. RSM World Day ac­tiv­i­ties in­cluded client events, staff break­fasts, vol­un­teer/char­ity work, and team­build­ing to fur­ther strengthen en­gage­ment with RSM’s com­mon pur­pose and in­crease their un­der­stand­ing of the RSM brand val­ues, the global net­work, its ca­pa­bil­i­ties, and its po­si­tion­ing – ‘The Power of Be­ing Un­der­stood’. The net­work also ini­ti­ated a ma­jor global ad­ver­tis­ing cam­paign across in­ter­na­tional me­dia ti­tles and in ma­jor in­ter­na­tional air­ports high­light­ing RSM’s be­lief in the im­por­tance of de­vel­op­ing a deep mu­tual un­der­stand­ing in or­der to build suc­cess­ful busi­ness re­la­tion­ships.

RSM World Day 2016 falls nearly a full year af­ter the RSM net­work came to­gether un­der a sin­gle uni­fied brand, re­in­forc­ing the net­work’s global strength in pro­vid­ing con­sis­tently high qual­ity au­dit, tax and con­sult­ing ser­vices to en­tre­pre­neur­ial, growth-fo­cused or­gan­i­sa­tions wher­ever they may be.
