Orange jellies with green slime custard
Ingredients 2 x 85g pkt orange jelly crystals 250ml fresh orange juice, strained 250ml custard A few drops of green food colouring
1. Stir crystals with 1 cup (250ml) boiling water to dissolve, then stir in juice. Pour into six 1/2 cup (125ml) moulds, then chill for at least 4 hours or overnight until set. 2. Stir custard with a few drops of food colouring to reach the desired colour. When ready to serve, unmould jellies and top with green slime custard.
