Valletta supporter grabs policeman by his genitals
Jesmark Farrugia, a Valletta supporter from Marsa, was arraigned and charged with having lit a flare when Valletta scored the first goal against Hamrun Spartans on Saturday.
The Prosecution, led by Inspector Elliot Magro said the youth ran away when the police went to investigate the flare.
Then they saw the youth again and went to arrest him.
But the youth grabbed one policeman by his genitals while the policeman was trying to handcuff him.
Farrugia, who appeared in Court wearing the Valletta Tshirt, was let out on bail with conditions that he is at home between 11pm and 5am, that he does not go near any football stadium and on a €10,000 bail.
