Art ex­hi­bi­tion and on­line auc­tion with a dif­fer­ence

Twelve tal­ented and gen­er­ous artists have cre­ated an orig­i­nal work of art to rep­re­sent a par­tic­u­lar month of the year, and to ac­com­pany a tra­di­tional Mal­tese proverb pro­vided by Kel­maKelma.

The paint­ings were do­nated to In­spire and are fea­tured in a 2017 Cal­en­dar that is be­ing sold in aid of the In­spire Foundation. The 12page, A5 hang­ing or desk cal­en­dar can be pur­chased on­line through In­spire’s web­site for €6.50, which in­cludes postage to Malta and Gozo.

The 12 orig­i­nal works are also up for auc­tion and are be­ing sold to raise funds for In­spire. An ex­hi­bi­tion of the paint­ings is be­ing held at Hill­top Gar­dens in Triq, LInkwina, Naxxar be­tween 10 Novem­ber and 3 De­cem­ber. Dur­ing this time, the on­line auc­tion will also be open for bid­ding.

The fea­tur­ing artists are Marisa At­tard, Steve Bonello, Ġorg Mal­lia, Deb­bie Caru­ana Dingli, Na­dine Noko, CS Lawrence, Mark Sci­cluna, Moira Zahra Sci­cluna, Saviour Bal­dacchino, Berivan Serin, Sam De­gae­tano and Hay­ley Acre­man.
